Leadership stories from my life
Hi, my name is Marita Lekmo, founder of Eminens AB. I train and coach leaders to gear up their sustainable performance.
Through long experience and many different certified, powerful methods in change management, my main focus today is the leader. I always start from the person’s unique thought and value map and train the person to manage their own map for better performance. At the same time, I have a large amount of fantastic practical tools from positive psychology that further increase performance and well-being. Through clear goals, new perspectives, and deep conversations, one’s own leadership is shifted up to a new level.

Grounded in the fields of positive psychology and neuroscience, Potentialife is a scalable process of conversation and behavioral experimentation to help individuals become successful leaders and own the difference they make to their world. Potentialife was founded in 2011 by former Harvard professor Dr. Tal-Ben Shahar and former Senior McKinsey Partner Angus Ridgway. This program is digital and fits particularly well when the organization is geographically dispersed. Through continuous measurements, you gain an understanding of what changes are needed.
How Eminens wants to take responsibility

We believe that companies have a responsibility to run a sustainable business and to have a positive impact on society and the environment. We are therefore constantly looking for ways to reduce our ecological footprint and make a positive social impact.
What we’re good at When moving our office, we reused most of the furniture instead of buying new. We have replaced the desks with desks that can be raised and lowered to create a better working environment. We serve certified coffee and tea and avoid all disposable products.

Promote social sustainability
At Eminens, we work actively to create a safe and participatory environment where everyone feels welcome and included. And to provide our clients with the tools needed to foster successful and sustainable leaders.We strive for a good atmosphere in our office community with an energizing mental climate! By trying to have common lunch breaks. Recovery by taking a moment to meditate or drink a cup of tea. We work actively to try to achieve a balance between work and leisure.
Reduce environmental impact
We know how important it is to strive to reach the global climate goals and at Eminens we do our part to help. Among other things choosing organic fruit for the coffee room, having led lighting, and always include, reuse and recycling when purchasing.
We are aware of the impact our travel has on the environment and work with our customers to try to reduce this through digital meetings and choosing public transport when possible.
